I was so very much in love with Genki Rockets when I first heard them on Lumines 2. I'm very pleased that the group is not a short lived game group. This album includes both singles and a few new and very good powerpop songs all in english which is always a plus when you want your non-japanesse music loving friends to listen to your music. I haven't heard enough of this album yet but I am really falling in love with a few songs so far. "Heavenly," is a beautiful soft song with a string background and a calming drum beat. I also fell in love right away with "Neva Eva." This song reminds me of Shimatani Hitomi's "Prima Rosa" album that had a lot of spanish influences and more up beat fast tempo songs. As always enjoy :D

This time its not a triple like the other two have been but its still a very good one in my opinion. Its a more upbeat ballad type than Aitakute was. Hola everyone. I know uploads have been a little slow due to everyone going to college. I miss Detergentcat and Dainmymi already T _ T. But this is a good way for the three of us to keep in touch or whatever. SoO anyway focusing on the music this is a cover of the original version of Hot Limit originally sung by T.M. Revolution. HMC went on tour with him and offered to cover his summer hit. Its more rockish and pop than the original but thats how HMC rolls. Another important part aobut this single is the fact that the lead single is that this is the second to last single Maki (HMC's) lead singer is putting out. She is retiring at the end of the year. So expect her last single as a singer up here. So enjoy this ode to summer.

Not Dead Just Yet

Just a quick (and long overdue) update for J-MuNet. Many appoligies for the lack of updates recently. The reason for this is that Dainmymi is in college already (good luck!) and I've been having computer troubles, coupled with new toys to distract me from fixing it. I've concluded that it was a bad wireless driver and hopefully everything should be peachy now *crosses fingers*. Anyway, I'm wired in now so if my conclusion is correct no more down time for me, and I'm getting better speeds. Sooo. Updates soon! I Promise! I received a few emails (mostly requests and bad link reports) and thanks for those, but we need more motivation! Keep me company on AIM too, heck, that might even be the quickest way to get me to fill a request ;). So thats whats up. Perfume is one of the most catchiest electro pop groups out there, and "GAME" is just an amazing first album for the ladies that have already released a best album based on singles alone. The progression of the songs seem and feel more mature, there isn't endless repition of beats, the songs develop. A few Highlights include: the playful yet thoughtful "Macaroni," Dancey "Secret Secret," and my favorite "Ceramic Girl" This album is quite amazing. The work and style of this album is much better then their previous work.

I really enjoy this single, like most Angela Aki singles the B sides make the single actually worth owning. "This Love" is a beatiful mid tempo ballad infusing strings and drums with a good variations of high points and low points. "Jiyuu no Ashiato" is a moody song that ain't too bad, the break is the best part. "KISS FROM A ROSS" is a cover of the song originally sung by SEAL, Angela Aki's version is in japanesse and english, which is unique and intresting.

This album had a lot of singles, but for some reason its still refreshing. The non-singles hold their weight against the singles, "Celebrate," "Take 5," and "Niji-iro Bus" are some amazing songs each capturing the new ethreal pop aspect that Utada has been heading towards in the last few years. "Prisoner of Love" is unique in that it holds an element that I feel is so classic to Utada, it sounds like it could be from "Distance." The RnB beat mixed with the ethreal synths combine well. READ THIS: "Take 5" is about death, it indentially ends abrutly, the rip is not messed up its actually like this, the song ends rising a climatic finish, it symbolises who one can die at any moment. Thank you Utada for being emo! Moving along, "Celebrate" is by far my favorite track, its like the only upbeat song in the album, the progression is unique, the beats addictive and the lyrics catchy. I love this track. "Fight the Blues" is quite good too! Enjoy !!!!!!!

I think this album is way better then her previous album Black Cherry. The song's are more original and show a depth in Koda Kumi, the non-singles are very intresting and unique, and for once we get some real vocal attacks from Koda Kumi, no not like her comment about older women I mean she actually hits higher notes with much emotion. The best song for this example is "MORE" which is a slow tempo jazz song that really gets Koda working her vocals. I really loved her happy go lucky songs "Wonderland" and "Hitmitsu" The album is really mostly hip-hop and its excuted well.

As some of you may or may not know, I really enjoy Japanese electronic music, so when Eri Nobuchika collaborated with NAOTO via ORANGE RANGE in his first solo album that is all experimental electronic I had to give it a listen, and I know the album didn't chart well on the Oricon but it's really great. It's unique and definitely unlike anything you've heard before. "PAIR" is the safer song in the album featuring English lyrics and a colorful array of synthetic arrangements. I also enjoyed "Zip" which features Japanese in a progressive song backed with strings. I also loved mostly English "Petica" and "the end of night." these were two really moody great songs, with thoughtful English lyrics. It's different but I say you should definitely give it a try! Enjoy!

Allow me to be harsh for one moment, as an Ayumi Hamasaki fan, I didn't like this album to much mostly because I barely cared to listen to it, none of the songs (non-singles) really caught my attention and thats extremly rare for Ayumi. What did catch my attention? The mini short less then two minute songs were amazing! "Mirror" the opening track really hyped me for an amazing album that never really followed. "The Judgement Day" was also the same, short and sweet. Most of the rock songs, that were not singles already, failed to impress me while the pop stuff was pretty Ayumi Hamasaki sounding and overall good, "MY ALL" and "glitter" are pretty much those tracks. Enjoy !

As many of you might know, I love Yuna Ito a lot, I think she is one of the most talented japanesse pop singers, that said, I love this album but really did you expect anything different? "A Long Walk," "HEART BEAT," and "Moon Rabbit" were my first few favorite songs on the first listen. The album has a few ballads "alone again," and "Wish" and even Céline Dion Dion loves Yuna Ito as she sings with her on "Anata ga Iru Kagiri ~A WORLD TO BELIEVE IN~" Yuna Ito outshines Céline Dion in this ballad. Don't be scared beacause WISH is fullied with tons of upbeat pop songs and all her singles that came out before the album. I was surprized to see it only hit #3 on the Oricon. Enjoy this album!

Its hard to describe this album. WISE's style is the same as in his album. The main difference in this album are the beats beheind WISE. The beats are a bit simpler and faster paced. Its really hard to describe. This is a rare album, so just download it ok? This was also a request, so, consider it fulfilled. I just realized that the album title is DAKID (in all caps) and its not tagged like that. Its too minor to re-upload. Some of the filenames are messed up too, but the tags should be correct otherwise. As for track 14, i cant find any info on it online, and it was in the file that i dowloaded, so im leaving it here for you guys.

EMYLI's first single. Her vocals are very strong and this is probably her most Christina Aguliera sounding song (Rain that is). If you watch the video, she shows off her dancing skills. I dont have much to say about the b-side. But I really like Rain, heh. Not much else to say.

From now on I will be giving the music a letter grade! Just for fun, and it might help a few people, but I'll try to write descriptive, err... descriptions too. Soo

First of all the songs are tagged property, with the whole (m-flo loves etc) but I took the track listing from wikipedia becasue theppn has the wrong track list , anywho well this album is pretty self explanatory, it's the end of m-flo loves's series and they ended it with a best album and to everyones treat there is one new quite amazing song called "love comes and goes" quite apprtately title if you ask me. TRUE is truly a beautiful album, not only does it show Mika’s soft pop and jazz roots it has some great renditions of previous singles that came out before the album. Like “One Survive” and “STARS.” There is something quite jazz and experimental to her music, but at the end its like this mature pop sound that’s made Mika’s sound so unique. Definitely check out “HEAVEN ON EARTH” and my all time favorite “DESTINY’S LOTUS.” This upload is dedicated to ronney-chong and J H who both requested Mika <3>

Hello everyone, its been quite a while since i have posted. Anyway I do come bearing gifts, the newest UVERworld album for you J-Rock fans. Its interesting, and I haven't given it much of a listen, but from what i have heard, it is different. The "image" song ROOTS has a different vibe than what UVERworld usually puts out, and its a nice change. I am particularly fond of the song Kokoro ga Sasu Basho to Kuchiguse Soshite Kimi ga Tsuite Kuru, and even though it has a long name, its quite a nice song if you want something calming, and just feel like chilling. Enjoy!

On a side note the album title means : One who starts a revolution.

Yoshika's album is well quite wonderful! It's very mellow and even a bit ethereal. It's R&B but a very moody R&B. "Call Me" and "alive feat. WISE" are both great songs that I now call favorites! Yoshika is labeled in all CAPS on our site because she used to have her name like that when she was featured with m-flo. Also check out "Sunshine feat. VERBAL" Enjoy this great JUrban album. I was having router problems, but I was finally able to solve them! Expect more uploads.

A nice korean group, Clazziquai Project! Their music can be described as a mix of house, electronica, jazz, and bossa nova. The vocalists Alex, Horan, and Christina all have nice, soothing voices taht blend well with the relaxing music. Deffinetly one of my favorite groups, and they have gotten me much more into jazz and bossa nove than i was before.

When i grabbed the tracklist offa theppn, i see that the japanese version has 2 extra tracks, and i've never come across the japanese version online, so if anyone has it to upload for me that'd be great, at least the 2 extra tracks. Thanks!
