This album had a lot of singles, but for some reason its still refreshing. The non-singles hold their weight against the singles, "Celebrate," "Take 5," and "Niji-iro Bus" are some amazing songs each capturing the new ethreal pop aspect that Utada has been heading towards in the last few years. "Prisoner of Love" is unique in that it holds an element that I feel is so classic to Utada, it sounds like it could be from "Distance." The RnB beat mixed with the ethreal synths combine well. READ THIS: "Take 5" is about death, it indentially ends abrutly, the rip is not messed up its actually like this, the song ends rising a climatic finish, it symbolises who one can die at any moment. Thank you Utada for being emo! Moving along, "Celebrate" is by far my favorite track, its like the only upbeat song in the album, the progression is unique, the beats addictive and the lyrics catchy. I love this track. "Fight the Blues" is quite good too! Enjoy !!!!!!!

I think this album is way better then her previous album Black Cherry. The song's are more original and show a depth in Koda Kumi, the non-singles are very intresting and unique, and for once we get some real vocal attacks from Koda Kumi, no not like her comment about older women I mean she actually hits higher notes with much emotion. The best song for this example is "MORE" which is a slow tempo jazz song that really gets Koda working her vocals. I really loved her happy go lucky songs "Wonderland" and "Hitmitsu" The album is really mostly hip-hop and its excuted well.

As some of you may or may not know, I really enjoy Japanese electronic music, so when Eri Nobuchika collaborated with NAOTO via ORANGE RANGE in his first solo album that is all experimental electronic I had to give it a listen, and I know the album didn't chart well on the Oricon but it's really great. It's unique and definitely unlike anything you've heard before. "PAIR" is the safer song in the album featuring English lyrics and a colorful array of synthetic arrangements. I also enjoyed "Zip" which features Japanese in a progressive song backed with strings. I also loved mostly English "Petica" and "the end of night." these were two really moody great songs, with thoughtful English lyrics. It's different but I say you should definitely give it a try! Enjoy!

Allow me to be harsh for one moment, as an Ayumi Hamasaki fan, I didn't like this album to much mostly because I barely cared to listen to it, none of the songs (non-singles) really caught my attention and thats extremly rare for Ayumi. What did catch my attention? The mini short less then two minute songs were amazing! "Mirror" the opening track really hyped me for an amazing album that never really followed. "The Judgement Day" was also the same, short and sweet. Most of the rock songs, that were not singles already, failed to impress me while the pop stuff was pretty Ayumi Hamasaki sounding and overall good, "MY ALL" and "glitter" are pretty much those tracks. Enjoy !
